Job Description – Quality Leader
Role Summary
As a Quality Leader, you are a key person responsible for developing, implementing, and ensuring that quality strategies, processes, and management systems meet both internal and external requirements. You work cross-functionally with project management, training, and business development, supporting the organization by promoting continuous improvements, process optimization, and high-quality results.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems according to ISO standards (e.g., 9001, 14001, 45001, etc.)
- Conduct internal and external audits and lead deviation investigations.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives in production and projects, including problem-solving and root cause analyses.
- Coordinate and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and certifications.
- Act as an expert in quality standards and contribute to optimizing processes and reducing deviations.
- Participate in strategic work and develop long-term quality goals for the business.
Qualifications
- Academic degree in relevant education/work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in quality management, business development, or related fields.
- Good knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes, preferably in manufacturing or technology-intensive industries.
- Experience in leadership and change management in quality work.
- Proficiency in tools and methods such as Six Sigma, SPC, Lean, and value stream mapping.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in developing quality strategies and processes.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
