What does the position entail?

We are currently seeking personal assistants for a woman living in Finspång. She has significant support needs and requires assistance with all aspects of her daily life. The tasks include, among other things, walking training, meal situations, cooking, personal hygiene, walks, and household chores. There are several aids available at home, such as a wheelchair, lift, elevated toilet seat, and shower chair. For this reason, we consider it advantageous if you have experience working with aids.

The position is a part-time employment as needed and during the absence of regular staff. It is distributed over day, night, or around-the-clock shifts. The working hours are as follows: daytime 09:00-17:00, nighttime 17:00-09:00, or around-the-clock 09:00-09:00. Occasionally, shorter shifts may occur during double assistance.

About you -

As a personal assistant, we prefer that you are cooperative, attentive, responsible, flexible, and a good team player. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as the applicant and the client. This can be decisive in the final selection.

It is advantageous if you:

• Have experience in care and assistance or as a personal assistant.

You are required to:

• Not be allergic to pets, as there are animals in the client's home,
• Have fluent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written,
• Be smoke-free,
• Hold a valid driver's license (B).
