ABOUT THE POSITION

Kura Omsorg is now seeking a part-time personal assistant for a happy and social 15-year-old girl living in Norrköping with her parents and older sister. She has an intellectual disability that affects her language development, and communication is therefore facilitated through sign language or signs as support. Additionally, she enjoys listening to music, dancing, and playing video games.

On weekdays, working hours are primarily scheduled for afternoons and evenings, between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. On weekends, working hours can be between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM or adjusted according to your preferences in consultation with the client's parents.

The position involves working one weekday evening a week and one Saturday or Sunday every other weekend. Which weekend day you work is also determined in consultation with the client's parents and can be adjusted according to preferences and needs.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

As a person, you are cheerful, social, attentive, and pedagogical, with good patience. Experience working with children with disabilities is advantageous but not necessary. The most important thing is that you are personally suitable for the role and that you can use sign language or signs as support.

Employment Rate: Part-time, approximately 20%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
