Personal Assistant at Inspirera Assistans AB in Linköping

Inspirera Assistans AB in Linköping is looking for a Personal Assistant who wants to join our Inspirera team and can substitute when regular assistants are absent for our female client in her 50s residing in Linköping.

You will need to assist the client with many aspects of her daily life such as transfers with a lift, personal hygiene, and cooking. The client has a muscle disease that has impaired her lung function, which means she uses various aids such as a cough machine, etc. You will learn how to use these during the introduction.

You who are applying:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be willing to step in as a substitute when regular colleagues are absent.
• Previous experience is an advantage
• Desirable qualities: You are calm, patient, stable, and able to encourage the client in various situations.

Job responsibilities include:

• The client needs assistance with all transfers that occur with a lift.
• Needs help and support with all daily living activities.
• Using medical equipment.
• Support in planning her day (such as activities, doctor visits, etc.)
• The client is in a wheelchair and communicates verbally.

Working hours:

You should be able to work the following hours as a substitute:

• Day shift 08:00-16:00 & Evening shift 16:00-22:00
• Occasionally, night shifts 22:00-08:00 may be required
• Waiting time may occur with 1 hour per work shift.

Other:

• You need to have bank ID/mobile bank ID to view the schedule and sign your time report at the end of the month.
• Pay slips will be sent to Kivra.
• Selection is ongoing, so apply in good time.

Salary and contract:

At Inspirera Assistans, you as an assistant receive a fixed base salary per hour + vacation pay, as well as additional compensation for evenings, weekends, and nights.

We have a collective agreement with Kommunal/Vårdföretagarna branch G.
