What We're Looking For

We are looking for substitutes for our group homes in Linköping. You need to have a nursing assistant education or another qualification deemed equivalent by the employer. It is also acceptable if you are studying to become a nursing assistant and are nearing the end of your studies. Experience working with the target group is a requirement. It is beneficial if you have experience or knowledge of supportive pedagogy, low-arousal approach, challenging behavior, motivational conversations, and/or sign language support.

About the Role

As a support assistant in a group home, you will be involved in supporting the residents in all aspects of their daily lives, such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking. Another important aspect of the job is to document according to applicable regulations and to read documentation to stay informed. This summer, there will be a strong focus on activities and making the most of the residents' holidays, so you should enjoy when things are happening. We operate 24/7 every day of the year, which means that working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekends. Sleeping shifts are included in the position.
