Personal Assistant to an Active Young Man

Our client lives at home with his family in Linköping. As a personal assistant to him, it means being part of his daily life and all his leisure activities; your workplace is wherever the client is.

Our client is a 24-year-old active man who enjoys going out for runs as well as other activities such as gymnastics and music.

We are now looking for two active and fitness-oriented assistants for two available positions of about 70%. In this role, there is double staffing, which means you will always work together with another colleague. The working hours are scheduled with 12-hour shifts during the day, evening, weekend, and awake night.

As a personal assistant, you are also his extended arm and help where functional variations set limits. As a personal assistant, you have a varied job where the day can include everything from everyday tasks, care, to accompanying on leisure activities.

The job means that you as an assistant will support and motivate the client throughout the day. The client is an active and cheerful man in need of a calm and pedagogical approach. As an assistant, you need to be creative and solution-oriented. In the work, you are proactive and active and have an easy time motivating others. We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible, and patient, and who also enjoys a job that varies in high and low tempo. At the same time, you possess the ability to be attentive when you need to take initiative and when you need to be in the background.

The most important thing is the right attitude, positivity, and a curiosity to develop in the role of a personal assistant. Every success for our clients is a success for us. We are never finished but always on our way to becoming better.

If you have previous experience or knowledge of NPF diagnoses, it is an advantage but not a requirement.

Initially, we offer a temporary position with the possibility of a permanent employment to get into the assistance and go through introductory shifts.
