Working as a personal assistant is important and rewarding in many different ways, but it can also be difficult and demanding. There can be several different challenges and varying conditions to consider at the same time. It is important that you as an assistant feel secure in your professional role, and your introductory training is followed by frequent staff meetings and ongoing supervision.

We are looking for someone who wants to hang out with a really lovely 25-year-old girl.

Fanny is a girl who enjoys many different things in life and sees each day as a new opportunity. She loves activities such as walking, meeting horses, shopping, bowling, etc., but also enjoys just chilling on the couch watching a good movie. For example, after a long day at her daily activities, a chill afternoon may be needed. Fanny needs help with all aspects of her ADL. She communicates in her own way with pictures, eye-pointing, and body language.

Fanny lives with her family in a house just outside Söderköping, so having your own car and driver's license is a requirement for this position.

As an assistant, you will work closely with the family's life; you will spend a lot of time alone with Fanny, but we as parents will also be involved. A personal match is therefore extra important to us. As a family, we view life with positive thoughts and love to talk and laugh, which we hope you do as well.

Who are we looking for?

You who are applying should have the ability to meet Fanny where she is in life at this moment. As a person, you must be able to see opportunities instead of difficulties. A calm, secure person who has drive and commitment when you come to work. We prefer female applicants between 25-50 years old. We hope that you have previous experience in personal assistance.
