Qualifications:

• We prefer that you have education or ongoing education as a childcare worker
• You are a solution-oriented and driven person with ambitions and joy in your work!
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.
• You have good knowledge of the curriculum's content and feel that you can contribute to business development together with colleagues in a collegial learning environment.
• You have good knowledge of Office365

In the heart of Hjulsbro, surrounded by beautiful natural areas and forests, you will find Norlandia Preschools Kullerbyttan – a place where nature becomes a part of children's everyday lives. Here we explore the world together through movement, joy of discovery, and learning, both in our large, inviting yard and during exciting excursions in the forest.

As part of our team, you will work in a large work team, which means we work without fixed departments. Instead, we ensure that all children feel secure with all staff, creating a strong sense of community and dynamics in our work teams. The preschool has two departments, one for younger children and one for older, and accommodates 38 children. We work with projects and activities that stimulate curiosity and joy of discovery in children. We are also trained in the method "The Dream of the Good", which we use to promote calm, concentration, and well-being for both children and adults.

Norlandia's concepts permeate our entire education and create a solid foundation for both play and learning.

At Kullerbyttan, our work is characterized by respect and trust – both towards the children, each other, and the guardians. At Norlandia Preschools, we offer you professional development every semester based on the preschool's prioritized goals and initiatives. You will take part in our unique concepts, professional development days at the preschool, central initiatives, and through offerings in our digital learning platform.

Employment type: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period

Scope: Full-time

Working hours: Daytime with evening meetings

Start date: By agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, which is required according to the Aliens Ordinance.
