Water Engineer at Tornberget Property Management

About the role

As a Water Engineer at Tornberget, you will be responsible for the management of the company's external and internal water pipelines, infiltration, bathing water, as well as water and sewage treatment plants. You will also play a key role in maintenance planning and the execution of maintenance projects. This position also includes responsibility for monitoring regulatory requirements and ensuring that Tornberget complies with both regulations and sustainability principles.

The role also involves acting as an expert in new construction and renovations, as well as working with framework agreements and design guidelines for water technology. You will collaborate with other technical experts to drive and develop sustainable solutions in the water sector. The position is based in Haninge.

This position is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by us at A-Talent Tech and work at Tornberget.

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for framework agreements and design guidelines in water technology.
• Maintenance planning and execution/order of maintenance projects.
• Responsible for regulatory requirements, inspections, and technical reports.
• Monitoring new technology and implementing energy-saving measures.
• Budget work, forecasts, and financial follow-up.
• Promote the use of sustainable material choices and technical solutions in the water sector.
• Collaboration with colleagues to ensure quality and efficiency in operations and maintenance.

To succeed in this role

We are looking for someone with a degree in Water Engineering, Environmental Technology, or equivalent and experience working with water systems. You have good IT skills and are accustomed to working with technical systems. In addition to technical knowledge, we see that you are structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented, while thriving in a collaborative work environment. Experience in project management and financial follow-up is an advantage.

A valid driver's license (B) is required, and you should be flexible enough to handle both practical and strategic tasks within your technical area.
