Your Responsibilities

As a conversion worker, you will ensure that the company's goods are placed correctly on the production line and are responsible for ensuring that the machine producing the goods operates as it should. The job includes packing bags, cutting paper, disposing of paper in the compactor, changing heavy rolls, and stacking pallets. You are responsible for your own workspace and keep it clean and functional. Each conversion worker has their own machine, ensures it runs smoothly, and provides maintenance when needed. This may involve removing glue so that the machine does not stop or addressing other technical obstacles. Furthermore, you will assist in ordering materials as needed and support your colleagues when required.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is practically skilled, has technical experience, is motivated by solving mechanical problems, and enjoys a fast-paced environment. You have a background as a service technician or vehicle technician. Additionally, we prefer that you have some experience with electrical engineering. Moreover, you are a person with a humble and positive attitude who works well in a team but is not afraid to lead others when necessary. You are comfortable speaking and communicating in Swedish. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
