JOB DESCRIPTION

The position of Service Consultant means you will work in the field and meet our customers daily. You will, among other things:

 Conduct service and deliver goods

 Troubleshoot simple technical issues with coffee and water machines

 Help our customers create the best coffee break experience

 Be part of an exciting and stimulating development in a growing company

 Have the opportunity to work in a competent team characterized by structure and freedom with responsibility.

PERSON REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in the service industry. We prefer that you are self-driven, proactive, and have a positive attitude. To succeed in the role of Service Consultant, you will also need:

 Experience in service work

 Social skills and a winning attitude

 Ability to work independently with a planned and structured approach

 A drive to complete tasks and a knack for problem-solving

 Comfort communicating in both Swedish and English

 A valid driver's license (B)
