Part-time Payroll and HR Administrator

We are currently seeking a Part-time Payroll and HR Administrator for one of our clients! Our client is a Gothenburg-based company with a global presence that develops state-of-the-art testing systems to verify the performance of wireless devices. In your role as Payroll and HR Administrator, your primary responsibilities will be to manage payroll administration and support the company in various HR-related matters. There is also an opportunity to develop and take on greater responsibility in finance and accounting over time.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Administration of salaries, pensions, and insurances
• Handling of time reports, expense claims, and other payroll-related documentation
• Ensuring that payroll payments are made correctly and in accordance with applicable regulations
• Administration of employee benefits and support in labor law matters
• Assisting with various HR-related tasks such as recruitment or personnel issues

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant for the client. The position is part-time, and there is an opportunity to work between 50% and 75% based on your own preferences. Working hours are during office hours. You are expected to be able to start immediately with placement in Gothenburg at Lindholmen.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant education in payroll, HR, or finance
• Has previous experience in payroll administration and personnel matters
• Is fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has experience working with payroll systems
• Has knowledge and experience in interpreting and applying collective agreements

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience in finance and accounting
