About the position Do you want to be the face of modern meeting places and contribute to first-class service? Vasakronan is looking for an engaged and driven receptionist to strengthen our team and create memorable experiences for our tenants and visitors.

The property reception is located on the ground floor of Platinan. Here, several companies are housed on different floors. The reception is welcoming, and both tenants and their visitors can relax in the comfortable seating areas with a good cup of coffee before heading to their offices. You will be responsible for:

• Welcoming and directing visitors as well as handling incoming inquiries via phone, web, and email.
• Coordinating mail and deliveries, as well as managing access and key receipt.
• Planning and executing conferences, including quotes, tours, and catering management.
• Maintaining common areas to ensure they are representative.
• Collaborating with colleagues to create an inviting and pleasant work environment.
• Activating and planning events for the building.

Your profile We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to service and an eye for detail. You have experience in similar roles, are self-driven and structured. We believe you are:

• Positive, unpretentious, and flexible – always ready to adapt to different situations.
• Communicative and sales-oriented – with the ability to create and maintain good relationships.
• Familiar with modern systems, the Office suite, and conference technology.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The position means you will be employed by Carotte Staff and work as a consultant for our client. The scope is full-time with start in February 2025 and working hours are scheduled weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00. During certain events, occasional evenings and weekend work may occur.
