Are you a meticulous and service-oriented person with experience in administration and fee management? We are now looking for a substitute, until August 31, 2025, as an administrative assistant and fee officer for the elderly support unit in Skarpnäck.

Your role

In the role of administrative assistant and fee officer, you work directly under the unit manager and are an important part of the operation. Your work will include:

Invoice management: Supplier and customer ledger invoices, VAT calculations, and management of location templates.
Mail and ordering management: Responsible for mail handling and making orders in systems like Agresso.
Fee processing: Register and handle response forms for financial investigations. Ensure that the correct fee is determined based on income. Correct any incorrect fees.
System responsibility: Stay updated and knowledgeable in Agresso or equivalent systems.
Other administrative tasks: Support the unit with various tasks according to the unit manager's directives.

Your skills and experience

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

Previous experience in administration and invoice management in Agresso system or equivalent.
Experience in fee management in municipal operations, preferably in systems like Paraplyet or similar.

Meritorious:

Previous experience working in the City of Stockholm as an administrator or fee officer.
Relevant education in administration, economics, or a similar field.

You should be structured, meticulous, and independent, and enjoy collaborating in a team. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and follow up on details is a prerequisite for the role.
