Personal Service Technician at Volvo in Kungsängen

We are currently looking for a Personal Service Technician who knows cars, has structure, and is organized for Volvo's facility in Kungsängen. The big difference from a regular workshop is that as a Personal Service Technician, you manage the entire process with the customer.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of Personal Service Technician, you will work with service and repair work on Volvo passenger cars, always with the customer in focus. Your tasks include service, repairs, and troubleshooting, as well as invoicing and booking cars with customers. Systems you will work with include Tacdis and brand-specific systems. Since you book all your customers yourself, you will have a lot of customer contact and the freedom to organize an efficient day.

What Can You Do?

• You have professional experience as a car mechanic/personal service technician
• You have a vocational education in automotive technology or equivalent experience
• Previous experience with Volvo and the Tacdis system is a significant advantage
• In-depth knowledge of electronics and troubleshooting gained through education or experience is also meritorious
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English
• A B driver's license is required.
