Then this recruitment position as a Senior Maintenance Technician might be for you! In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring optimal operation of our production facility. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, as well as implementing improvements and preventive maintenance programs. You will work closely with the production team and other relevant departments to ensure an efficient and safe production process.

Responsibilities

Your main areas of responsibility include:

• Performing regular preventive maintenance, including cleaning, refurbishing, replacing parts, and predefined checks of wafer fab equipment.
• Conducting scheduled daily inspections and checks of equipment according to checklists and instructions to identify and address any issues in a timely manner.
• Assisting the shift supervisor maintenance engineer during the shift with more complex maintenance actions and troubleshooting.
• Documenting all maintenance actions performed, observations, and results of checks in our Equipment Log system to ensure traceability and continuous improvement.
• Handling process chemicals safely and efficiently, including refilling and waste management.
• Managing maintenance and inventory of spare parts stock, counting spare parts, and initiating orders as needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has/is:

• A relevant technical education at the university or high school level, focusing on engineering, electronics, or similar.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a maintenance technician.
• Documented experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex machines and systems.
• Good knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience working in cleanroom/controlled environments is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• High IT proficiency with good knowledge of the Office suite and other relevant systems for the role.
