SigtunaHem owns and manages 4,800 rental apartments in Sigtuna municipality. We are a service company that offers attractive accommodation, characterized by long-term sustainability. Our main task is to develop safe and pleasant living environments with a high level of service. We build both rental apartments and tenant-owned apartments, creating sustainable, vibrant, and well-functioning residential areas and neighborhoods.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for someone to join SigtunaHem's property development department and continue to develop our real estate business. The department as a whole is responsible for area, business, and property development issues, with a focus on the customer. If you have experience in business development and financial analysis, this role is for you!

As a real estate developer, you will work on both strategic and operational issues. You will collaborate with other colleagues in the company to drive the development of our properties.

Your main tasks include:

Managing transactions and property valuations
Handling and developing SigtunaHem's tenant-owned apartment projects, including conversions
Business development and project management in the early stages of construction projects
Developing and updating property plans and investment calculations

As a real estate developer, you will report to the Head of Property Development.

Qualifications

You are analytical, clear and focused on purpose and goals while valuing participation highly. You are structured and systematic in your work and enjoy driving issues forward towards set goals. You are a good communicator and enjoy working as part of a team while also being able to pursue your own issues independently.

To succeed in the role, you need to have a relevant academic education or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience. You have at least five years of experience in a similar role and have good project management skills. You express yourself very well in English, both verbally and in writing. You have very good experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. It is also advantageous if you have experience with SharePoint. You have a valid driver's license.
