HR Specialist at MediCarrier in Stockholm

MediCarrier is the logistics and transport company of Region Stockholm, and the external warehouse for healthcare. From January 1, 2021, MediCarrier is also responsible for the region's contingency stock of critical protective equipment and consumables for healthcare. We are a dynamic and growing company with an important societal mission. We have a turnover of approximately 1.4 billion SEK, handle 9,000 order lines per day, and make 30,000 deliveries per month.

Job Description

As an HR Specialist, you will primarily work as support to some of MediCarrier's 20 managers. You contribute to the company's ability to handle employer issues professionally and credibly together with your colleague in the HR department. You report to the HR Manager. An important area of work is systematic work environment management in close cooperation with the managers. The HR department both initiates and supports the managers in these matters. Furthermore, salary formation and competence supply are part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

You have a relevant academic degree, preferably in HR or behavioral science. It is a merit if you also have experience in procurements according to the Public Procurement Act. You enjoy working with both administrative tasks and strategically. For this role, we prefer that you have high digital maturity and proficiency in the Office suite.

You are development-oriented, humble, and open. You find it easy to collaborate and be responsive. At the same time, you have high integrity and personal maturity that makes you confident and stable in this role. You have a good ability to work in a structured manner, drive initiatives, and complete tasks with good results. You have a good empathetic ability.

Additional Information

Full-time position, 39.30 hours/week, flexible working hours. Permanent employment with initial probationary period may be applicable. The position is located in Lunda industrial area in Spånga with good communications. Possibility for remote work. Background check and security interview will be conducted before employment. Work language is Swedish.
