Do you want a meaningful job where you make a difference every day? We are now looking for two dedicated and responsible personal assistants for a full-time position for a 49-year-old man living in Högdalen, Stockholm.

Our client lives with a spinal cord injury from a bicycle accident in 2016. He uses a wheelchair and needs support in daily life, both at home and during his regular activities. The client mainly works from home but also has some days at the office and other fixed activities during the week.

Job Responsibilities

• Support in personal care and daily routines
• Assistance with household chores and cooking
• Accompaniment during activities, work, and errands
• Transfers using a sliding board (previous experience is a plus but not a requirement)

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has education in care and/or experience in similar work
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Is responsible, meticulous, and solution-oriented
• Has a respectful and independent working style
• Is attentive to others' needs and has a calm, stable demeanor

We place great importance on your personality and your ability to create a safe and positive collaboration with the client.

Requirements
