Childcare Worker Wanted at Pysslingen Preschools Färjan

Pysslingen Preschools Färjan is looking for a childcare worker for 3 days a week (Wednesday to Friday).

As a childcare worker at Pysslingen Preschools, you will help realize our offer of “A safe and stimulating world full of opportunities” for both children and guardians as well as colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

It is important to us that you feel curiosity about your role and that you focus on children's right to a wonderful, fun, safe, and educational childhood. A day at preschool is filled with various interactions between children and educators, and we believe that each interaction is significant and part of the child's safety, development, and learning.

Since you will be joining a team three days a week, it is important that you can quickly absorb information about the current situation of the group and that you take responsibility for planned activities independently.

To apply for this position, you need to:

  • have experience working in preschool (beyond APL/practice)
  • have knowledge of and be familiar with the preschool curriculum
  • be curious and willing to engage with children in shared learning and exploration
  • have a very good ability to lead the group of children, take initiative, and collaborate
  • focus on the children and take responsibility in all aspects of the childcare worker's role
  • have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

Employment Type

The position is a fixed-term employment for the spring term of 2025. Scope: 60% scheduled for Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Start date: as soon as possible. The position is located in Bromma, near the subway.
