As a Tech Recruiter at Nexer Tech Talent, you will play a key role in matching top talents to our customized talent programs with clients such as Volvo, Boeing, Ziklo, Saab, and many more. Here, you have the opportunity to truly make a difference – for our clients, for our consultants, and for yourself. We are looking for someone hungry to contribute directly to the success of the business and find the right talents.

During the recruitment process, you will work closely with both clients and colleagues to ensure successful recruitment. With your expertise and commitment, you will help create a flying start to the careers of our consultants while building long-term relationships with our clients.

Examples of tasks:

• Use your creativity to prospect and identify attractive candidates and build networks
• Conduct requirement specification meetings where, if necessary, you also guide and advise the customer
• Create ads and lead engaging and professional interviews, as well as handle sending and analysis of psychometric tests
• Deepen customer relationships and identify new business opportunities

To succeed in the role, we also see that you have:

• Experience in recruitment and customer contact
• A strong business acumen and a passion for creating value
• Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English

It is a plus if you have experience in recruitment within IT/Tech and B2B sales.
