Part-time Receptionist in Stockholm

Are you an organized, professional, and service-oriented person who enjoys being the hub of the operation? We are now looking for a part-time receptionist for our client with offices in Stockholm.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and varied environment where your contribution makes a difference for both employees and visitors. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, handling the switchboard and incoming emails. You will organize both internal and external events, book venues, send invitations, and coordinate with suppliers such as catering and entertainment. You will ensure that the office's common areas are in order and assist with orders of office supplies, flowers, and taxi services.

The role also includes handling mail, courier services, archiving, and access cards, as well as administering various digital systems and distribution lists. You will be responsible for booking travel and tickets and act as a contact person for repairs and fault reports.

You also have a security responsibility, including managing access systems, keys, and WiFi codes for guests, and acting as the floor manager in emergency situations.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Have experience in service and administration, preferably in a receptionist role.
Have another job or studies of at least 50%.
Are available to work Monday-Friday 07:30-13:00.
Are professional, organized, and have a good demeanor.
Have good knowledge of Swedish and English.
Are accustomed to working with various IT systems and the Office package.
Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure.

About the position:

Part-time – working hours 07:30-13:00.
Consultant position through us at StudentConsulting, but you will work at our client's office in central Stockholm.
Starting February 2025.
