Your Role

As a strategist within Ethics and Compliance, you will be a key person in driving and developing Saab's work with business ethics and compliance. You will closely collaborate with the business units within the Saab Group and our colleagues in Business Support to implement and ensure compliance with Saab's Code of Conduct. In this important position, you will also manage risks related to corruption with business partners and intermediaries, as well as keep a vigilant eye on changes in regulations to adapt Saab's work in a timely manner.

Your daily work will also involve educating, informing, and holding workshops to spread knowledge and engagement around ethics and compliance. You will develop and implement strategic plans to ensure that our work meets the high standards we set for ourselves. As an expert and advisor in these matters, you will be an important resource for our marketing and sales organizations and contribute to shaping ethical and commercially sustainable strategies.

The role also involves being a strong driving force in building and strengthening a culture of compliance and integrity. You will provide continuous advice, conduct training, and act as a key person to ensure that Saab's ethical principles and regulations are adhered to in the best possible way.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you need to have authority, integrity, and a good understanding of international business operations as well as risks related to ethics and compliance. We prefer that you have experience in compliance, sales, or commercial affairs, with insight into business and customer needs.

We also see that you have an academic degree in a relevant field, such as law, economics, international relations, or similar. An education focusing on business ethics, compliance, or similar is advantageous, but we also value practical experience and competence in these areas.

You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English and thrive in a dynamic international environment. Your experience includes international business operations, preferably in business development, marketing, sales, or law, and you understand the business and strategic aspects of compliance. With an analytical and solution-oriented approach, you can identify risks and provide qualified advice, particularly from an anti-corruption perspective. You easily build trusting relationships and create strong networks both internally and externally.

As a person, you are structured, self-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with local and corporate functions. You have a strong drive and perseverance to handle complex issues and adapt to specific business needs.
