We are now looking for a coordinator responsible for coordinating and supporting the management of the Educational Sciences educational offerings in the study administrative processes and systems.
About the job
Do you want to be a key person in coordinating the faculty's work with the Educational Sciences undergraduate offerings? As part of our office, you will collaborate with many different functions within KfU and the departments, including program directors, educational leaders, coordinators, and course leaders. Your role will be both varied and challenging, with the following responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for scheduling, timelines, and deadlines for work with independent courses and course instances, programs, and program courses as well as their various instances in our study administrative systems. This includes communicating timelines and deadlines for preparation, approval, and publication of educational offerings to relevant parties.
- You will conduct various operational workshops for users as part of the study administrative processes, allowing you to share your expertise and support colleagues in other roles in their work.
- As an expert and operational problem solver within UV, you will handle issues related to programs and courses in the study administrative systems.
- Your role also includes representing UV in LiU's group for the development and management of study administrative processes in the systems Bilda and Ladok, as well as being an advisory body in planning the development and revision of programs and courses regarding study administrative processes.
- Additionally, you will serve as the secretary for the Educational Sciences curriculum committee, where you prepare and review materials, document, and manage decisions made, ensuring that our curricula are current and well-founded.
About you
We are looking for someone who is structured, driven, good at collaborating, independent, communicative, and clear in their communication while also having a service-oriented approach. Understanding and implementing local frameworks and regulations in our operations is essential for success in this role.
Furthermore, you need to have the ability to see the big picture and details, manage complex issues and processes, and have the understanding and ability to handle many simultaneous cases.
We want you to have:
- a degree in a relevant field as assessed by the employer
- very good skills in both spoken and written Swedish as well as English
It is advantageous if you have:
- experience in coordinating roles in complex administrative processes
- a documented ability to collaborate in teams and an interest and skill in administrative and networking work

The Office of Educational Sciences is tasked with being a comprehensive operational support for teacher education and research within Educational Sciences at Linköping University. In addition to management and finance functions, we are responsible for issues related to undergraduate education, research and doctoral education, internationalization, study guidance, and workplace-based education. Our goal is to contribute to societal development by creating good conditions for educating and examining teachers who have the ability to develop and challenge both themselves and their students. About the employment
Permanent, full-time.
Location: Linköping or Norrköping.
Start date November 1, 2025, or as agreed.
