We are looking for a self-driven and unpretentious person who can handle qualified accounting and take responsibility for ongoing administrative tasks related to finance and payroll.

Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounting

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Monthly closings and account reconciliations
• Year-end closing in collaboration with auditors
• VAT and employer declarations
• Financial monitoring and reporting
• Management of accounts payable and receivable (Fortnox)

Payroll & Administration

• Payroll data and salary payments
• Certificates (e.g. employer certificates)
• Support in internal processes and routines for finance/payroll
• Assist with simpler HR administration

You will work closely with both the business and management and play an important role in maintaining structure and efficiency in the financial flow.

Your profile:

You are confident in your accounting skills and enjoy working broadly and taking responsibility for both complex and simpler tasks. You are self-driven, structured, and like to be part of a smaller team where everyone helps each other and has fun together.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in finance (e.g. YH or similar)
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience with Fortnox and Billogram

Meritorious:

• Experience in payroll administration (Fortnox)
• Experience from working in smaller companies or entrepreneurial environments
