We offer you

As an administrator with a focus on preschool, you will work closely with other staff at the Child and Education Office in Söderköping Municipality, such as school administrators, experts, development strategists, student health managers, preschool principals, and the head of the Child and Education Office. Your placement will be at the Child and Education Office located in the municipal building. You are an important contact point for the municipality's four preschool areas as well as the independent preschool units in the municipality.

Job Description

The position includes being an administrator for Söderköping's preschool areas (both municipal and independent), which includes personnel administration, handling queues and placements in preschools, and support for principals.

Furthermore, it also includes personnel administration for professional groups within the Child and Education Administration, work with archives and record-keeping, as well as invoicing work.

The position forms a team with the school administrator of the Child and Education Administration.

Commonly used work tools are Personec, Ciceron, Edlevo, Prorenata, and UBW.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, structured, self-driven, and has good collaboration skills. You enjoy working on multiple tasks simultaneously of varying nature, from qualified to simple questions. You feel comfortable working with different digital systems but also enjoy many contacts and responding to incoming inquiries.

You have the ability to inspire and engage and do not see emerging problems as obstacles but as challenges that you want to find solutions for. You have the ability to collaborate and actively participate in teams and maintain a professional attitude in meetings with students, colleagues, and parents. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

You have at least a high school diploma. It is an advantage if you have relevant further education in administrative tasks. You have experience working with administrative tasks in a similar role, preferably within the school sector. It is also advantageous if you have worked with the operational systems and tools used.
