Your Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating and driving one or more projects forward, without financial primary responsibility. The role is central in projects where the flow of information is extensive – both internally and towards the customer. You work closely with project managers (PM) and commercial project managers (CPM) and ensure that the right information reaches the right people at the right time. Your main responsibilities:
- Coordinate the internal administrative work in projects together with PM and CPM
- Coordinate project functions such as quality, logistics, procurement, and documentation
- Report project status regarding costs, timelines, and resource utilization
- Prepare and follow up on weekly meetings with the customer
- Support PM/CPM in the development of project strategies and concepts
- Actively participate in financial and risk reviews
- Compile deviations and obstacles in project execution, including analysis of cost and time consequences
- Draft customer letters and ensure clear and accurate communication
- Identify resource needs and bottlenecks, and escalate as needed

Decision-making always occurs in consultation with PM and CPM. You will be given access to the project's relevant systems.

Your Profile
As an applicant for this role, we see that you have...
- Post-secondary education (at least university level or equivalent)
- Solid experience in project coordination and administration in technical or delivery projects
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable working in an international environment and closely collaborating with many different functions
