Kriminalvården is looking for an Office Package Specialist

Kriminalvården is growing – we are building new, renovating, and expanding, and are now looking for more employees. Our most important goal is to reduce recidivism – to break the vicious cycle. The Correctional Services Service Center (KSC) is part of the headquarters that aims to free up as much administrative time as possible for managers and employees within the core operations of the Correctional Services. We support the authority with personnel and economic administrative services, travel booking, administrative support, and the authority's switchboard function. KSC serves as an entry point and aims to provide friendly and professional support that facilitates operations.

The position is placed in the support and development group within the customer center section. The group consists of administrators, specialists, and experts who work to provide support and develop administrative processes. You will work closely with your specialist colleagues by supporting and collaborating within your and your colleagues' various areas of expertise. We work in teams to ensure good quality and actively work to develop the section's services to effectively support core operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a driven and pedagogical specialist who is passionate about helping others develop. With us, you will play a key role in strengthening the core operations' competence in the Office Package, focusing on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Your work will be varied, and as a specialist in the Office Package, you will independently create and conduct training and workshops tailored to internal customers' needs. You will support colleagues with more advanced tasks in the Office programs, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You will also assist in developing educational materials and training programs in other areas where the group supports core operations. Contribute knowledge and experience in other areas of the group's specialties when opportunities arise and monitor and develop work methods related to your area of expertise.

You will have great opportunities to shape the role based on the current and future needs of the organization. In your work, you will collaborate with other specialists, administrators, and experts within the workgroup, but you will also have collaborative interfaces with managers and employees in other parts of the Correctional Services Service Center.

Some travel will be required for this position.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in a relevant field such as IT or pedagogy, or other education combined with experience deemed relevant by the Correctional Services
• Experience working in a service-oriented support function
• Experience training or coaching others, preferably in a larger organization
• Experience creating educational materials
• Excellent knowledge of the Office Package, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish

It is an advantage if you have:

• Certification as a Microsoft Office Specialist or equivalent
• Experience working in the public sector
• Experience conducting workshops, both physically and digitally
• Experience creating digital training

OTHER
