About the Workplace

Tanden i Centrum is a large centrally located clinic at Stora torget in Oskarshamn.

We work in three teams with one dentist and two dental nurses in each team. Our three dental hygienists and two receptionists are also invaluable to the clinic. Specialists come to the clinic for more advanced care.

Due to retirement, we are now looking for a new receptionist.

Job Responsibilities

As a receptionist, you will meet all the clinic's patients and be the first face the patient encounters. You will answer calls, book patients, process payments, and handle some administration of the clinic. Occasionally, minor sterilization work may occur. We only work weekdays and during daytime hours.

Qualifications

Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Good computer skills.

Experience in reception work, a background as a dental nurse, and particularly experience with the journal system FRENDA is advantageous but not required.

We place great importance on personal suitability.

Personal Characteristics

You should be able to work in a team with your receptionist colleague but also independently and take your own initiative. It is important that you are positive, flexible, and responsible.

Additional Information

Part-time 50% or as agreed.
Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
