Responsibilities and Duties

As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for support and reporting issues for Byggebos tenants. The role will be very varied as the calls differ, but the work will involve you:

Receiving incoming calls – mainly issue reports.
Ensuring that cases are directed to the right person or department.
Following up and informing the tenant about what is happening, who is coming, and when.
Performing some administrative work in our business system.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who can work full-time for the entire period from June 1 to September 1. To succeed in this role, you need to be structured, meticulous, and self-driven. You should be communicative and master the Swedish language, both spoken and written. We expect you to have basic system and computer skills and find it easy to familiarize yourself with systems. You see high-level service as a given and thrive in a varied role where you are the spider in the web.
