What does the role entail? As a People & Performance Coordinator, you will work broadly within HR and be involved in everything from recruitment and workplace environment issues to employer branding and employee activities. You play an important role in strengthening our culture and ensuring that our employees have the best conditions to succeed, develop, and feel good in our workplace.

Your main tasks will be in areas such as…

  • Recruitment & Employer Branding
  • Workplace Environment
  • HR Administration
  • Employee Surveys
  • Consultative Support in HR Issues
  • Employee Activities

Who are you? We are looking for someone who is driven, social, and curious, with a natural ability to create relationships and engage others. You are flexible and unpretentious, and you easily adapt to an environment where the pace is high and the days are varied.

We love working towards ambitious goals and often work extra intensively to achieve them. Therefore, we see it as a given that you have a positive attitude and thrive in a dynamic work environment characterized by high energy, open communication, and strong goal focus, alongside like-minded colleagues.

Furthermore, we see that you have 1–2 years of experience in HR and/or a relevant education. You are solution-oriented, structured, and have analytical skills, while also being a good listener with an empathetic and communicative side.

The location is at our lovely office in Kalmar.
