Do you want to work for a company where you contribute every day to giving others a good life and where you are offered an important and exciting job? We are now looking for two staffing managers for work during the summer of 2025, based at our office in Kalmar.
About the position In the role of staffing manager, you will work administratively and solution-oriented with short-term planning of absences. You will be part of the staffing and recruitment department where you collaborate with staffing managers. In your role, you will also collaborate with recruitment managers and our project managers who have overall responsibility for coordinating personal assistance for our clients.
Your main task is to fill the short-term absences that come from our personal assistants in our assistance cases throughout Sweden. Your daily tasks involve independent work at a varying pace where you will be in contact with our personal assistants, clients, their relatives, and project managers. The position is a summer temporary position during the period from June 1 to August 31, where some weeks during the period can be planned as off if the operations allow. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekend between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who enjoys providing service and can find solutions to the most challenging problems in sometimes stressful situations. Being service-minded and customer-focused is a given as you will have a lot of contact with our clients and personal assistants. You are a team player with good collaboration skills while also taking great personal responsibility. Sharing our values of joy, commitment, and responsibility is crucial as this guides us every day.
You will have several staffing cases running simultaneously, and at times it will be a fast-paced work environment, which places high demands on flexibility, stress tolerance, and engagement. We see that you can handle work under time pressure and enjoy that your plan for the day constantly needs to change.
Furthermore, you are a skilled administrator with a structured approach and experience working with different types of systems. Formal education is not a requirement, but we prefer that you have worked with scheduling, personnel planning, administrative work, recruitment, or staffing within care and welfare. Experience in personal assistance, home care, or other service professions is an advantage.
For this position, you are required to:
- Have experience in scheduling and personnel planning
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Good system skills and some knowledge of documentation
It is also an advantage if you have:
- Experience in personal assistance
- Customer service work
- Experience with Google Workspace
