Åbro Brewery is Sweden's oldest family brewery and also one of Europe's most modern. The brewery produces beer, cider, soft drinks, and water, which are sold and delivered to restaurants, liquor stores, and grocery chains throughout Sweden. In the role of CEO Coordinator at Åbro Brewery, you will have the chance to work with several well-known brands. Each day in the role of CEO Coordinator can look different, and it is a position with varied tasks. You will work closely with our CEO and others in the company.
You will work with:
- Planning and coordinating projects
- Preparing materials/statistics for presentations and meetings
- Coordinating and planning social events
- Handling reports, orders, and various administration
- Working in different systems and ensuring structure for information management
- Managing the CEO's calendar and scheduling meetings
- Organizing and planning travel, hotels, and transportation
- Writing minutes at meetings and following up on decisions
- Acting as a link between the CEO and employees, customers, and partners
- Keeping track of deadlines and prioritizing tasks for the CEO
- Handling sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Being responsible for certain financial tasks, such as handling expenses and invoices
Education, experience, and personal qualities:
You can work independently and lead projects while enjoying teamwork. Furthermore, you are unpretentious, driven, meticulous, structured, and can plan both short and long term. You also have the ability to quickly grasp new tasks.
We are looking for someone who is a good communicator and can express themselves easily in both spoken and written Swedish and English. We also believe you have good knowledge of the Office suite.
Preferred qualifications:
- Have a post-secondary education in project management or communication
- Have a few years of experience in similar tasks
- Have a good sense of color and form
The position suits you if you enjoy driving your own work forward and have the ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner. You have a positive attitude, are not afraid to network and meet new people, and thrive in social contexts. You are accustomed to taking a lot of responsibility and making the necessary contacts to move work forward.

You are someone who follows through on your tasks all the way to completion and are used to working on several parallel projects at the same time. The position is a permanent employment and is located at our office in Vimmerby. You will report to the CEO. Start date according to agreement.
