We are a smaller and close-knit hospital with many specialties and career paths. This summer, we need reinforcement in several of our clinics. Together, we create a good atmosphere with close collaboration between doctors, medical secretaries, nurses, and nursing assistants.

We offer you a varied summer position as a medical secretary. Your tasks include writing medical records, patient bookings, invitations, interpreter orders, and in some clinics, staffing the clinic's reception. We use the Cosmic data system.

About You

We are looking for someone studying to become or trained as a medical secretary, with good knowledge of the Swedish language and medical terminology. You have a humble and positive attitude, as well as the ability to handle a sometimes high workload. We value your ability to organize your work in a structured way, performed with utmost accuracy. You have no problem working independently but see collaboration as a given and have a good ability to work together with other colleagues. As a person, you are engaged and service-oriented, contributing to the workgroup with your positive spirit. You also have good IT skills.
