We are looking for an accounts assistant for a large international company in Vänersborg! Do you have a year of experience in accounts payable and thrive in a role with a high volume of invoices? Then this consulting assignment could be a perfect opportunity for you! The assignment lasts for one year with a possibility of extension, and you will be part of a competent team of about 8-10 people.

Main Responsibilities

• Management of accounts payable for one of the companies within the group.
• Registration of invoices, including manual checks.
• Send invoices for approval and match against purchase orders.
• Management of reminders and payments, including bank reconciliations and payment files.
• Reconciliations and setup of new suppliers.
• Management of AP mail and phone contact with suppliers.
• Work in the business system IFS (previous experience is an advantage, but not a requirement).

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least about one year of experience working with accounts payable.
• Post-secondary education in finance or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in handling large invoice flows.
• System savvy and good knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with the IFS business system is an advantage, but not a requirement.
