RESPONSIBILITIES

The Infrastructure and Operations Assurance department is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and inspection of the tram infrastructure in Gothenburg and Mölndal, with the goal of ensuring a reliable and optimized facility. Through specialist expertise, we also carry out design and construction services in connection with new investments and renovations.

We are looking for a driven and experienced Project and Development Manager to join the department's management team and work on implementing strategies to optimize operational costs and support our infrastructure goals and long-term development plans. As a key person within our team, you will play a central role in improving our operational processes and ensuring that we deliver the highest possible efficiency and productivity. The role involves close collaboration with our client, the City Environment Administration (track holder) within Gothenburg City.

Strategic Planning:

Work closely with management to develop and implement strategies to optimize operational costs, support our infrastructure goals, and long-term development plans, including both short- and long-term strategies within the department.

Analysis and Implementation:

Conduct detailed analyses of operational processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Evaluate and enhance existing methods and systems to ensure we work efficiently and productively, as well as implement changes.

Project Management:

Lead and coordinate change projects within the organization. This involves monitoring timelines, budgets, and ensuring that project goals are achieved as planned.

Working with Internal and External Customers:

Work closely with various stakeholders both within and outside the organization to understand their needs and expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key individuals to facilitate change processes and ensure we achieve our goals together.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a collaborative and driven individual who takes responsibility for driving and implementing strategies for operational cost optimization. You are analytical and have the ability to conduct detailed analyses to identify areas for improvement, while focusing on achieving set goals and results. Your communication skills enable you to effectively build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating change processes and ensuring that projects move forward in a structured manner.

You also have:

• Relevant higher education in construction, business administration, organization, or a similar field.
• At least 10 years of experience in similar work through projects, contracts, business development, or organizational change.
• Experience leading projects from start to finish, including planning and implementation, acting as steering group when needed.
• Good Swedish in spoken and written form.
• Good ability to work in various administrative systems and Office 365.

Meritorious:

• Contract law AB04, ABT06.
• Experience with Antura (project system).

Our proposed salary range for the position is 50,000 - 63,000. The final salary depends on how well the specified requirements for the position are met.
