What does the role involve?

As a Talent Manager, you will become an important part of our team and work with:

• Recruitment: Seeking out and attracting qualified educators for various vocational training programs.
• Matching & Staffing: Finding the right person for the right assignment – ensuring both client and consultant are satisfied.
• Market Monitoring: Keeping track of needs and demands in the education industry.
• Relationship Building: Communicating with schools, consultants, and partners – and building long-term relationships.
• Events & Networking: Participating in and sometimes organizing meetings, fairs, or other events that strengthen our network.

Who are you?

You may be studying a post-secondary education in HR, personnel, sales, or similar – and:

• Have good communication skills.
• Enjoy building relationships and working with people.
• Are curious, self-driven, and like to take initiative.
• Are organized and appreciate structure – but also flexible when needed.
• May already have experience in customer contact, recruitment, or staffing (meritorious but not required).
