About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting until September 30, 2025. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the company. There are possibilities for extension of the assignment.

DB Schenker offers everything from land transport, international sea and air freight, and consulting services to warehousing and logistics solutions. In Sweden, they have about 4,000 employees and are represented in around 50 locations across the country. DB Schenker actively works with workplace, equality, and diversity issues and encourages and supports all employees in the company who want to develop and take on greater responsibility. They are now looking for reinforcement over the summer for the customs department, which is located in fine premises at the headquarters in Mölndal.

Job responsibilities

As a Customs Administrator at Schenker, you will primarily work on producing customs declarations, transit, Intrastat, temporary storage, and invoicing. You will largely work with service for Schenker's transport customers. Most customer contacts are internal, but some external customer contact also occurs. A large part of the work also includes being in contact with authorities, and it is therefore important to stay updated on customs legislation to perform the duties of a customs agent. The customs department is located at two addresses, both at the headquarters in Mölndal and in Malmö, with a total of 14 people working together to meet customer expectations regarding import and export.

• Produce customs declarations and administrative service
• You will be part of a team of 15 people

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed high school education; post-secondary education in customs, freight forwarding, logistics, or equivalent is meritorious
• Previous administrative experience, work experience in the transport chain, for example as a booking administrator or having worked with delivery terms through logistics and/or purchasing is meritorious
• Good knowledge of Office365
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and good knowledge of English
