Job Description

You will be part of a payroll team that provides service and consultative support to our clients.

The Property, Support and Service Administration develops processes and solutions that make it easy for our clients within the Västra Götaland Region to focus on their core operations.

You contribute as a payroll consultant by:

• providing support via phone, email, and through our case management system regarding scheduling, payroll, and contractual questions related to salary
• registration and quality control in the payroll process
• preparing employment contracts and certificates
• conducting training and informational initiatives

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education, preferably in payroll administration. Alternatively, you have other education that, combined with experience in payroll administration or similar, is deemed equivalent. You have experience working with administrative tasks and are accustomed to providing support to clients via phone. Your digital skills are good, and you find it easy to understand and learn to work in different systems and with digital workflows.

As a person, you are engaged and self-driven, taking responsibility for your own development while contributing to the team's success. You thrive in change and are ready to take the initiative to improve both yourself and the unit's work methods. We highly value good collaboration skills, as you will be working closely with your colleagues, and you have a very good ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with colleagues, other units, and clients. Furthermore, you are flexible and can easily prioritize. You are structured and organized, ensuring that work and quality controls are correct. Our organizational language is Swedish, which means you need to master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in case management systems and payroll systems – preferably Heroma. It is also advantageous if you have experience in understanding and interpreting agreements and regulations.
