About us HR Services is a team of eight employees consisting of Payroll Specialists and HR Specialists. In this role, you will be part of our payroll team of four people who together manage the company's 3300 salaries in the payroll system SD Worx. A payroll system we at RISE implemented last year, a new web-based and automated system! We also work in IFS as a business system as well as in case management systems and digital contract signing systems. The team works together in a common payroll process and within the group there is a lot of expertise that we are happy to share. We promote development and want to become more efficient and automated in payroll work to continue to stay at the forefront. About the role Your tasks will vary between daily operational work and more long-term developmental work with process improvements related to payroll and conditions, systems such as HR and payroll systems, administration, and preparatory payroll processing. You will ensure that RISE pays the right salary to the right employee at the right time, as well as provide our employees and managers within RISE with the right support and assistance in HR and payroll-related issues.

You will also:

  • Work with system administrative tasks in time reporting, HR, and payroll systems
  • Administer payroll every month together with the payroll team based on RISE's payroll process
  • Administer and establish employment contracts
  • Participate in the development and improvement of RISE's payroll work as a whole

You will report to the head of HR Services. The location is Borås, where the team is based, or nearby so that you have the opportunity to work from Borås a few days a week. We currently operate from a hybrid work model where most of our employees choose to split their working time between the office and home office. Who are you? To be considered for the role, we see that you have at least two years of experience in payroll work and administrative HR work. Such as system accounting (HR & payroll), time & travel reporting, contract interpretation, HR support, and payroll processing. You are fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form and handle English well in both spoken and written form. 

A requirement is that you have good system skills and feel comfortable working in different systems. You should preferably have experience with our payroll system SD Worx and from other systems such as business systems, case management systems, and contract signing systems.

It is also advantageous if you have worked in a larger organization together with other payroll specialists. A post-secondary payroll education is a merit.

As a person, you have good collaboration skills, are structured and meticulous. You are attentive and have the ability to understand the needs and conditions of the business. You understand the value of working in a group and how you contribute to the whole. Furthermore, you have a good ability to prioritize and handle many different types of issues. You like to take initiative and discuss solutions to various problems. Changes are something you adapt to smoothly. Are we a good match?
