We staff both property receptions and modern co-working spaces in Gothenburg and surrounding areas. This role is suitable for you who have previous experience in service and reception, are unpretentious, and have good administrative skills. For our assignments, you will have a great opportunity to influence your schedule based on your private life, and for the right person, there are good opportunities for further development. However, working hours in our receptions are always scheduled during the day.

Your tasks may include:

• Welcoming members, customers, and employees
• Managing conferences and breakfast
• Contacting suppliers
• Working administratively in business & booking systems
• Handling mail and invoices as well as deliveries
• Bookings and orders
• Acting as a mood manager and taking care of both visitors and employees
• Being responsible for conference rooms and snacks in the office
• Distributing access cards

Additionally, various administrative tasks are included, such as issuing key cards for new employees and visitors. One of the most important parts is ensuring that all visitors, both internal and external, receive a professional and pleasant welcome and that the reception is always a welcoming and friendly place.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an interest in service and delivering quality
• Is social, outgoing, and has an easy time connecting with people
• Has a positive attitude, is humble, flexible, and unpretentious. A role model, simply put
• Enjoys working in a team and constantly developing
• Has another main occupation (studies, other work, etc.)
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
