We are looking for an engaged accountant for a consulting assignment with the possibility of employment at our client - a growing company that is a leader in its industry. The company is in an expansive phase and is undergoing a journey where the finance function plays an important role! 

Where? Gothenburg When? May 2025 Scope? 100% Employment type? Consulting assignment via Delta Consulting for at least 1 year with the possibility of employment at our client thereafter

About the role:

As an accountant, you will play a central role in the company's finance function. The tasks include, among others:

• Ongoing accounting and account reconciliations
• Accruals and management of fixed asset register
• Year-end closing work
• Analytical work in collaboration with Business Controller
• Participation in upcoming system change of the financial system

You will report to the accounting manager and work closely with other accountants in a close-knit team. There are also good opportunities for development! The workplace is located in Gothenburg, with the possibility of some hybrid work.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of Excel and experience working in various financial systems
• Interest in systems and experience with system changes is a plus
• Ability to work independently and drive processes forward
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

You have a strong interest in systems and a desire to streamline and improve. You thrive in a changing environment where you are not afraid to challenge yourself and others. You have a humble attitude and enjoy having various contact points.
