We are now looking for an interim Business Controller for a leading technology company. The assignment is 100% with a start in April. Our client has a beautiful office in Gothenburg, it is a flexible and social workplace with the opportunity to work from home.

In the role of Senior Business Controller, you will lead the work with financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across the organization. You will support leaders in making well-informed decisions that align with the company's strategic goals.

Main responsibilities:

• Financial planning & forecasting: Lead budget and forecasting processes, ensuring quality and relevance.
• Business partnering: Support the organization with financial analyses and insights.
• Monitoring & analysis: Develop KPIs and models for financial management.
• Investment management: Provide financial support in investment decisions.
• ERP competence: Ensure that financial systems and data models are optimized for management and analysis.

We are looking for someone with solid experience in financial planning and monitoring in IT or technology-intensive environments. You have strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, and business planning, and you are service-oriented and thrive in a dynamic environment with many points of contact. You have excellent knowledge of SAP and a good understanding of financial data in larger systems. You work proactively and are skilled at building and maintaining relationships within the organization. We also expect you to be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The assignment is 100% with a start as soon as possible.
