Tibrobyggen AB is Tibro municipality's own housing company. Are you curious to learn more about the real estate industry and develop in a growing company? We are now looking for a Trainee for our operations in Tibro.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to try working in all areas and functions of the company to gain an overview and good knowledge of the entire operation. You will get to know all employees and gain insight into their tasks and daily routines related to everything from cleaning, property management, maintenance, finance, HR, and communication to reception and the housing store. You will have the opportunity to come in with fresh eyes and eventually contribute to developing our processes and our operations.

Profile
To fit in this role, we believe you have a post-secondary education in a relevant field such as HR, finance, or communication, as well as at least a couple of years of work experience. You thrive in a developing environment where your social, communicative, and innovative qualities can shine through. Furthermore, we hope you are curious and driven and share our vision of contributing to a stronger Tibro.
