Do you enjoy a varied job? Do you want to be part of a flexible workgroup with great competence? We are now looking for 1-2 employees for our staff pool - the work is performed within all Sector Care operations, flexibly across the municipality but where the work will primarily be within social psychiatry.

Your tasks

The staff pool works in the areas where there is a need; you will replace staff during short-term absences in various workgroups primarily within Social Psychiatry but also LSS and elderly care. Working in the staff pool requires high flexibility and collaboration; you will work together with a large number of colleagues in many operations.

Regardless of the workplace, we work based on the individual's needs at the center, where the individual's influence and participation are in focus. Your work is characterized by great responsibility, cooperation, and striving for the best possible meetings. You will also perform delegated health and medical tasks.

About you

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and can show the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title, or can show that you were permanently employed as a nursing assistant when the new regulations were introduced. Alternatively, you are a trained support educator. It is an advantage if you have previous experience of similar tasks and have had delegation for various health and medical tasks.

Personal suitability is of great importance to us - as a person, you possess a high degree of personal maturity, you are secure in yourself, solution-focused, and work non-confrontationally where a low-arousal approach should permeate.

We want you to have the ability to contribute to a climate where you and your colleagues work towards common goals. You should also be able to share good examples between different operations and be an outward face for the flexible working method.

Since a large part of your tasks involves communication, good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement. You also need to have good computer skills and be positive towards digital solutions.

When working in the staff pool, a driver's license is required, and access to your own car is necessary, so you can travel to workplaces across the island.

The staff pool has annual working hours. The workgroup is very involved in its scheduling, and you will work both day and evening shifts as well as weekends.
