The Daily Operations are now looking for employees for our unit Activity House.

At Activity House, we have a total of 14 employees and about 60 participants who either work in our work team, which also includes our business teams, or are at the Cultural Workshop, which is another part of Activity House. This position is initially intended for placement in the work team.

The operations primarily target participants who wish for a daily activity that resembles work as much as possible. In the work team, we offer various packaging and assembly work as well as service assignments. Creating activities that promote social interaction is also part of the operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Daily Operations target individuals of working age who have decisions within LSS. We offer meaningful employment tailored to wishes, conditions, and needs. We conduct our operations in independent units with different focuses. We also arrange individually integrated workplaces around Alingsås. With this breadth in our operations, we aim to promote equality in living conditions and full participation in community life. Your closest colleagues will be support assistants and support educators within daily operations.

As a support assistant, you provide support to users during their workday. You start from the individual's needs, interests, and what is meaningful for each person. Together with your colleagues, you create a calm and stress-free environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements for the position:

• We are looking for someone who is a trained support assistant, preschool teacher, leisure leader, nursing assistant, or has other education that the employer considers equivalent.
• You have previous work experience within LSS operations.
• Driver's license B

Meritorious:

• If you have knowledge and experience in similar daily operations.
• We would like you to have an interest in data and technology and that you are good at documenting.

As a person, you have a humble and empathetic approach while being responsive and positive in your interactions. You are stable as a person and see opportunities in every situation.
