We are looking for someone who wants to work as a specialist in residential development while contributing to a sustainable society. Your work will be characterized by social responsibility in a broad and varied role for those who think strategically and act operationally.

About the role

As a residential developer at Partillebo, you will have a broad and important role where you work to develop conditions for safe residential areas. This means that you will drive the social sustainability work, which includes analyzing the company's customer surveys and implementing improvements to create engagement for tenant influence and increased quality of life for Partillebo's tenants.

A large part of your time will be spent in Partillebo's various residential areas together with the management staff at the respective area offices located in Partille Centrum, Björndammen, Sävedalen, and Öjersjö. You will also work closely with your colleagues in the rental department and with colleagues in sustainability and communication. In the rental department, the company's rental law expertise is located, and you will be the extended arm of the management organization in rental legal matters.

It is essential that you have good experience in conflict management and mediation. Since the role involves many points of contact, it is also important that you have a good ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

You will represent Partillebo in various consultations with authorities and the municipality, meaning you will have many contacts both internally and externally. You will work closely with Partille Municipality's housing team and have a close collaboration with non-profit organizations in Partille.

The position will be organizationally placed in the rental department at our headquarters in central Partille. Reporting will be to the rental manager.
 

Who you are

• Educated social worker with broad competence in social work and experience in supporting and guiding people in vulnerable life situations.
• Good knowledge of rental law.
• Experience working project- and process-oriented.
• Good knowledge and experience in working with social sustainability.
• You are familiar with various system supports for documentation.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license B.

If you have previous experience from association activities or have worked in a non-profit organization, it is an advantage. We also appreciate if you have experience in leading development or change work. It is positive if you have a background in the real estate industry.

Therefore, it is crucial that you thrive in such a role, are flexible, and adapt to different environments while having an unpretentious attitude towards the variety of tasks you will perform.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have an analytical approach and are used to working both strategically and operationally. You are skilled at influencing your surroundings for positive change and are easy to work with.

As a residential developer, you enjoy meeting people and building relationships, have a good empathetic ability, are positive and patient. We also see that you are self-driven and take initiative but at the same time a team player.
