Montessori School Floda Säteri is now looking for a leisure educator or leisure leader for our activities.

We are looking for someone with experience working in after-school care. We want you to be an educated leisure educator or leisure leader with a few years of experience in the profession. You see after-school care as an important complement to the school day and want to participate in the development of our after-school care together with your colleagues.

In the mornings, you will be involved in the school's activities as a resource for a group or student based on the assessment and mapping of needs by the student health team. You will receive regular guidance from the student health team both individually and in groups, and if you have experience working, that is a plus.

It is desirable that you have worked within a Montessori environment, have Montessori training, or have otherwise come into contact with and have knowledge of the pedagogy. If you are not trained, you should be open to further training as a Montessori educator.

Floda Säteri has a history spanning several hundred years, and for the past 30 years, the Montessori School has been housed in the premises. The school is run by a non-profit association with no profit distribution. Today, there are over 260 children from preschool to middle school, and our three preschools in Gråbo, Lerum, and Stenkullen accommodate 110 children.

We are a school with a high teacher-to-student ratio and very good conditions to give our children the start in life that all children deserve. With us, children's interests, enthusiasm, and joy are the starting point for their learning. The work at the school is characterized by a holistic view, and we work within a 1-16 year perspective.
