Personal assistance is a service under LSS (The Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary according to the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a female client in her early 50s living in Tibro
• our client prefers a female assistant
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• has experience with asthma and insulin

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work
• have a B driver's license and a car to get to the workplace
• share the client's interests, which include cooking and music (dance band)

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is approximately 57%. The job involves work during daytime and evening hours. Week 1: Tuesday & Thursday 09.00-20.00 // Week 2: Saturday & Sunday 09.00-20.00

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.
