The employment rate for this position is 22.5% based on a fixed schedule, but in addition, you will also have the opportunity to work as an hourly employee. It is important that you are flexible and able to cover shifts at short notice beyond your fixed employment rate.

• Good physical condition to assist with transfers.
• A driving license (B) and access to a car is a significant advantage (due to limited public transport to the workplace). 

The woman you will assist is in her 30s, lives with her family and a playful dog in Ljungskile, and uses a wheelchair due to a severe CP injury. She enjoys being creative by making or baking something delicious in the kitchen. In addition, she appreciates participating in various social activities, such as bowling, outings, a nice evening snack in town, or why not an exciting movie at the cinema to round off the day?

You will support her with basic care and daily routines. With your patience and determination, you handle challenges in a solution-oriented manner. Your strong social skills enable you to assist her in communicative situations and contribute to making her everyday life easier and more manageable.

The employment rate for this position is 22.5% with two fixed shifts per week in the afternoons, as well as the possibility to step in as a substitute in the mornings if needed, e.g., during illness, parental leave, or vacation, primarily during weeks 28-31. Before starting, we offer introductory shifts as an hourly employee to ensure you feel secure and prepared in your new role.  We hope you are flexible and can step in extra during evenings if needed.
